About KV Nehu Shillong

Kendriya Vidyalaya Nehu Shillong, was established in the year 1984 with the pious motive of the all-round development of the students.It was shifted in a beautiful permanent building in 2003. The Campus of Kendriya Vidyalaya Nehu is surrounded with the serene beauty and greenery of Shillong.

Since beginning the Vidyalaya has excelling in academic and co-curricular areas. Result of Vidyalaya has been excellent. Students of the Vidyalaya have done extremely well in various activities being organized by KVS and other agencies. It has produced the Students who have established themselves in various renowned fields and brought laurels to the Vidyalaya.

At present the strength of the Vidyalaya is above 500 and is performing extremely well with dedicated team of teachers and other staff members.
